Age 23, married, no children. Resides at 445 West 55th Street, Chicago. Enters the service as freight brakeman, Feb. 14th, 1899. Resigned April 3rd, 1899 account of too many men on the extra list.

Reemployed as brakeman, Chicago Division, Oct. 2nd, 1899. Failed to pass test on eye sight same date and was not put to work.
