WALTER BLOUGH PARRY
Age 22, single, in case of injury notify C.F. Parry, Akron, IN, father (crossed out). Previously employed by C&E as brakeman. Took 30 days leave of absence on Oct. 1st, 1890 and did not return. Reemployed as brakeman, Western District, by order of G.A. Coe, Asst Supt., Jan. 20th, 1892.

Forced to resign May 28th, 1894 on account of failure to pay bills.

Reemployed - Age 29, single, resides at Akron, Ind. In case of injury notify father, C.F. Parry, Akron, Ind., also brother Karl at Huntington shops (crossed out). Enters service as freight brakeman Aug. 1, 1899. Dismissed May 13th, 1900 to reduce the force. Reemployed at 2:40 p.m., June 4th, 1900. January 6th, 1902, resigned - not to be reemployed.
