WILLIAM FRANK WARRINGTON
Born in Marion, Ohio, Apr. 15th, 1875. Employed Jan. 1st, 1903 as switchman, Hammond Yard. On May 11, 1904, working as switchman with yard engine 1217 working in the field at 5:50 p.m. Conductor was weighing cars and checking them back in track 71. After through weighing, started to couple up the train and shove down to clear 72. Crossover was wrong and they shoved through into the side of cars standing on #72 doing damage to the amount of $30.50. It was his duty to see that switches were lined up.

Promoted to extra yard conductor Oct. 20, 1905.
