I had such a good time researching the FAMOUS UNRELATED (as far as we know) BURNETTS that I decided it was only fair to help my cousin, Tom Osborne, find his famous Osbornes. Looking at the family name in this light is an interesting and eye-opening experience. The Osborne family has the usual Lords and Generals but it also has a great many musicians, authors and artists. There is always the question about which genes produce what characteristics that are carried down for generations and it has been obvious during this research that all you Osbornes have a very strong tendency to be artistic. I have also found mention of the Osborne Family in England, Australia, Ireland, Spain, Canada, and the United States. They sure got around!
