Interactive Genealogy - WHY
GENEALOGY, HISTORY, and TRAVEL?
Because our family's history sometimes changed by what was happening around them and by the geography of where they lived, Interactive Genealogy, History, and Travel combines searches for books, census, forums, genealogy, keywords, living people, local history, family members in the military, quick name searches, surname searches, and travel by state or destination.

IOWA* AR: Eureka Springs photos (no eCards)
Eureka Springs is known for the springs, art, Victorian houses, bed & breakfasts, the Great Passion Play, Christ of the Osarks, shopping, fudge, weddings, old time photos, entertainment, nearby fishing, and places to spend the night. After exploring the historic district downtown loop, explore the many shops and restaurants along the main highway. There are many scenic drives here, both in and out of town. Shuttles drive you from your motel to sites all around town. During the day, see the New Holy Land Tour at the same location east of town where Great Passion Play is presented at night. Two country western shows play much of the year. You also might want to go south on Rt 23 to Turpentine Creek wild life reserve, then further on to the War Eagle Mill. Grain is ground here by water wheel, and twice a year they host large craft fairs in the fields nearby.
Nearby Beaver Lake (Hwy 23 south to Hwy 12 west, or 62 west to Hwy 187 south), Lake Leatherwood, and the White River provide fishing, boating, cruises, canoe float trips.
