Frank ARDERN. (1882-1958) Born in Otahuhu, Auckland ~ Lived in Pt Chevalier, Auckland (and earlier at Kaihu North Auckland, Onehunga, Huia and New Lynn ) m. Mary TIERNEY.(1892-1982) daughter of Patrick TIERNEY ( b. 1865 in Ireland ) and Arabella STANCLIFFE ( b. 1870 in Auckland ) Patrick was the son of Lawrence TIERNEY and Bridget CUNNINGHAM from Monahan, Ireland, who arrived in New Zealand in 1874 aboard the ship WAITANGI.
