They are both buried in the Weaver, Stephenson family plot at Stephenson Chapel Cemetery, Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee. Robert Houston served as a corporal in the Confederate Army in Co. This Weaver family had a large plantation of land in South Memphis. Charles Barnard rented from Olivia Weaver during the last year of his life. Robert Houston Weaver was listed as one of the executors of William Albert Barnard's estate (his uncle by marriage) however, Robert Houston preceded William in death and so it was executed by another uncle, Lemuel Alexander Scarbrough instead (his mothers brother).
