She married Theodore Everett Pennock in Oak Hill, Fayette Co, WV, 2 July 1935. Theodore was born 10 September 1902. Theodore died 25 April 1954 in Oak Hill, Fayette Co, WV, at 51 years of age. His body was interred in Oak Hill, Fayette Co, WV, Dooley Cemetery.

Conflicting evidence states that Mary was born 8 September 1914.⁽⁸⁰⁾
