he POWELL-BROWN CEMETERY is located north of the Blue Ridge Cemetery which is behind (north of) Blue Ridge Baptist Church. It is a family cemetery which formerly was accessible via a gate  and a bridge from the Blue Ridge Cemetery to the Powell Cemetery. Mrs. John Hannah Brown wanted to protect the privacy of the family cemetery and had a tall fence without a gate installed between the two cemeteries.

To preserve the memories of your friends and relatives who were buried in this cemetery, please send information to Elreeta Weathers.
