Survivors include three daughters, Marilyn Gibbs, Donna Powell and Glenda Edwards, all of Foxworth; two brothers, Dale Culpepper of Columbia and Von Culpepper of Shreveport, La; two sisters, Faye Stephens of Natchez and Wynona Estep of Slidell, La; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Taylor Culpepper; a son, Billy Joe Culpepper; and his parents, Vernie Lee and Annie Mae Martin Culpepper.

Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia is handling arrangements.2

He is survived by his loving wife, Cassie Culpepper; sons, Bruce, Mark, and Mike Culpepper, Danny, and Nathan Gibson; daughters, Donna Hayes and husband, Doswell, and Rhonda Richardson; grandchildren, Jared and Marshall Hayes, Steven and Dylan Gibson, Joseph Dana, Kristen Landry, Cameron, Brandon, Shelby, and Travis Culpepper; sisters, Faye Stephens, and Nona Estep; many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.2 
Burial*12 November 2014 His body was interred on 12 November 2014 at Walnut Hill Cemetery, Bradley, Lafayette Co., Arkansas.2
