The Pool and fountain
Taken by my
aunt, in 1934
The small fountain was so very simple, yet effective.
A single bulb rose spread water upwards, and on to the
granite bowl.
Another layer was spread out to fall in a rough circle in
the pool below.
The Pillar on
which the Sundial was fixed
The Gardens
make use of pieces of the
Old St Anthony’s
Chapel that stood nearby.
