Obituary: Elmer F. Schiltz, 86, of Aurora passed away on June 30,1995 at the Tillers. He was born August 10,1908 in Aurora. He was a member of St. Nicholas Church, the Legion of Mary, the Blue Army, Knights of Columbus Council #736 and the Western Catholic Union. He owned and operated the Aurora Body Shop for many years, Thereafter was an employee at Harker Body Shop and retired in 1976 from Austin Western. He also served as a volunteer at the Hesed House soup kitchen. Survivors include five children, Tom (Eileen) Schiltz, Janice (Dick) Buss, Gerry (Linda) Schiltz, Jim (Frankie) Schiltz and Mary (Mike) Kline; 21 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two special friends George Schindelbeck and Merel Miller.
