     Peter Van Erden was born in February 1890 in Illinois.2 He was the son of Peter Van Erden and Jennie (?).1 Peter, age 10, was enumerated in the household of his parents on the 1900 Federal Census at 154th (or 159th) Street in South Holland, Cook County, Illinois.           He married at least once but his wife's name is not known.3 Peter may have had numerous children but I only know the name of one child, Maria.3 Peter, age 28, was enumerated in the household of his parents on the 1920 Federal Census at State Street in South Holland, Cook County, Illinois. His daughter was enumerated with them as well (Maria, age 3).His relationship to Peter (the elder) is listed as "Jr. Head."3 Peter worked as a foreman for the CLEI-R[ail]R[oad].3 Follow the link to see the census image.
