Found not to blame for the stomach injury he suffered when his horse kicked him.
Witnesses stated that during Stable time when grooming their horses, John's horse just kicked out.
John suffered Serious Abdominal Contusion and was taken to hospital.
It was believed it could cause life time problems.
[It appears some soldiers deliberately got their horses to kick them so they would be discharged. Like shooting yourself in the foot.]
