Rebecca Elizabeth Frailey was born 1840 in Franklin County, Illinois, and died 1/07/1898 in Hardin County, Illinois.

She married (2) Thomas William Baugher 1/07/1862 in Hardin County, Illinois. He was born 1837 in Union County, Kentucky, and died 1/28/1869.
Who were his parents? I have been searching for them for a few years now. We know he was related to Jesse H. Baugher, but how? I have some info that says he was a half-brother, but no census records or any thing to back it up and they were both born in 1837. One theory is he is the son of Isaac Joel Baugher, brother of Jesse Herd Baugher, Sr. This would make them first cousins. Isaac disappears as the story goes due to some trouble and I can't find him in any records...so maybe Thomas kept a low profile to protect his dad.
If anyone has any info I sure would appreciate it.
