Following is the division of the proceeds of the estate monies from the John Harrison, dec'd. Polly Harrison and Children: 29 Apr 1840: To James A. Harrison for his 1/5 part amt arising from the sale dower slaves held by Polly Harrison interest to the same being released by her deed to son James. $242.95. To Int. on ditto from 24 Feb 1840 til 11 Decr. 1841, $26.12. 5 Sep 1840: To James A. Harrison for his 1/5 part of $191. first payment dower land sold to Warren Delbridge. $38.20 Int. on ditto til 11 Dec 1841. $2.90. 5 Sep 1840: To James A. Harrison for his 1/5 part of $191.00 second and last payment for dower land sold Warren Delbridge. $38.20. Int. on ditto til 11 Dec 1841. $.42 11 Dec 1840: To cash paid James S. Pearson trustee in full amt. decreed him, $210.60; To 5 percent com for collecting $1742.12, - $87.12; To balance due this day carr. over., $1095.60; for a total of $1,742.12. By virtue of an order from the County Court of Brunswick tome directed and hereto annexed, I have collected all the bonds due to Polly Harrison and Children handed to me by the clerk of said court. Have paid claims authorized by the said Polly to her son James and the amt. decreed to James S. Pearson trustee which leaves a balance of $1095.13 in my hands due 11 Dec 1841 as above stated. R. H. H. Wallton. In acct. with R. H. H. Walton: 5 Sep 1839, by your part bond due this day by Robert Kirkland, $432.39; 23 Sep 1839, by Robert Kirkland bond due this day, $751.45. By int. on ditto till 11 Dec 1841. $99.94. 5 Sep 1840: By warren Dilbridge bond due this day $191.00. By int on ditto till 11 Dec 1841. $3.05 TOTAL: CREDIT $1,742.12 11 Dec 1841: By balance due this day to Polly Harrison and children, the interest on $1095.63, which is to be paid to Polly Harrison annually during her life and at her death the principal is to be divided between Catharine, Benj. Augustus and Mary Harrison. James A. Harrison having already rec.d his part of the funds by virtue of a deed of release from his mother.
