This photo from the collection of the Monongahela River Buffs shows the Dredge WESTERN working to raise the sunk CHARLEY JUTTE. The Dredge WESTERN is at the Elizabeth Marine Ways on two dates.  The first time is April 20, 1907 when she has "some repairs."  The second time is five years later when she docks on April 9, 1912 and is back in the river on April 17, 1912.
