The following people were living in the home of William S. Tolbert in Carroll County, VA, 1900. Dora Young was listed as a servant, but her name was #2 in listing, William's children were listed next, and then her children were listed last, with relationship as son and daughter to the head of household. Is this a mistake, or were her children also the children of William S. Tolbert?
Dora A. Young born October 1875 in VA
Covela D. Young, b. July 1895 in VA
John W. Young, b. May 1899 in VA
