Company Commanders will have the Furloughs of Vet. Vols who returned to the army on the 5th inst endorsed as below & send to these Hd. Qrs by 4 O clock P.M. this day

The Subsistence blank must be filled up with the name of the Man & date to which Subsistence has been issued.
