Tischbein Ancestry

I have been forced to make this mirror site as an add-on to sit on my Schneider genealogy page since I no longer have access to the original files for the Tischbein Roots Web server.

The original location of the Tischbein genealogy web site seen here has been unavailable to me ever since the Roots Web servers got hacked, back in 2015. Fortunately the Roots Web Help Support gave me the tools needed to regain access to my Schneider site once they rebuilt their servers and policies after the hack. But they were not able to help me with the Tischbein site as, while I still have a copy of their acceptance email, the Hotmail email address I used had by then was deleted, or otherwise not usable. And Hotmail has a Catch 22 system for being able to recover an old email address: you need access to the old email address to get them to help! I have tried logging in with the password information but it fails and I can't create the address as they say it already exists!

So since I can't prove to Roots Web to their satisfaction that it is my account (there is no way to get hold of them) I can't ftp into the account to make revisions and updates!

So my only recourse was to create the web site on the back of my Schneider genealogy, and that works since Tischbein is my Grandmother's mother's maiden name.

It is greatly annoying but since neither Roots Web nor Ancestry.com will help I have no other alternative. I just hope that this mirror site will get picked up by Google's search engines and the public can find it.
