Martin E. Seifert, 77, of 112 E. High St., Hellertown, died Saturday, Nov. 11, in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. He was the husband of Beatrice S. (Strawn) Seifert. They were married 52 years last month. He was a printer for Christmas City Printing,Bethlehem, for many years. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Harry and Lizzie (Sloyer) Seifert. He was a member of First United Church of Christ, Hellertown, and its Tuesday Group and dart league. He was an Army veteran of World War II, serving in the 45th Infantry Division, the `Thunderbirds,` which participated in the Sicily, Anzio and southern France amphibious landings, the Italian peninsula campaign, and the invasions of France and Germany. He was a board member of the Hellertown Historical Society, and was a past Scout leader for Troop 14 at St. Matthew's Church, Bethlehem. Survivors: Wife; sister, Corinne J.
