1900 - 1902
during which time Edward Carroll dies, Edward Henry Carroll is dismissed
from the Taff Vale Railway and later rejoins, Thomas John Carroll resigns
from the Taff Vale Railway, John Edward Carroll gets married, and Thomas
William Carroll gets married and starts as a shipwright at Pembroke Dock.
1903 - 1907
during which time Edward Henry Carroll gets married, loses his wife and
starts work on the T.V.R., Florence Maud Carroll gets married, Charles James
Carroll is dismissed from the T.V.R. and later rejoins them, Thomas John
Carroll rejoins the T.V.R and is made Cleaner and then Fireman, Albert George
Carroll joins the T.V.R. and gets married, and James Innes Carroll also gets
married.
1908 - 1912
during which time Charles James Carroll is promoted to Fireman on the
Taff Vale Railway, Edward Henry Carroll resigns from the T.V.R., Thomas John
Carroll gets married, John Edward Carroll starts work as a skilled labourer
at Portsmouth Dockyard, Edwin Carroll resigns from the T.V.R. and later dies,
Walter Gladstone Carroll starts as a porter with the T.V.R., and Robert Lewis
Carroll starts as a shipwright at Pembroke Dock.
1913 - 1917
during which time Walter Gladstone Carroll joins the Oxfordshire and
Buckinghamshire Light Infantry and is posted to Salonika in Greece where
he suffers two shrapnel wounds, Edward Henry Carroll enlists in the
Welsh Regiment but is discharged on fitness grounds, Charles James Carroll
gets married, James Innes Carroll is appointed a plumber at Pembroke Dock
naval dockyards, Michael Edward Carroll dies and Robert Lewis Carroll enlists
in the Pembrokeshire Yeomanry.
during which time Walter Gladstone Carroll is demobbed, starts on the Taff Vale Railway as a labourer and gets married, Robert Lewis Carroll is discharged from the Pembrokeshire Yeomanry and gets married, Edward Henry Carroll starts as a temporary labourer on the T.V.R., both Thomas John Carroll and Charles James Carroll are promoted to drivers on the T.V.R, reduced to firemen due to trade depression and then made drivers again, and Annie Josephine Carroll dies. 1924 - 1937
during which time Thomas John Carroll transfers to Radyr with the Great Western Railway and marries his second wife, Charles James Carroll transfers to Canton with the G.W.R., John Bernard Carroll is awarded an Imperial Service Order medal and gets married, John Robert Carroll starts as a storehouseman at the naval dockyards in Portsmouth, James Lewis Carroll starts as a shipwright at the naval dockyards in Portsmouth and gets married, Francis Clare Carroll is made 2nd Lieutenant in the Hampshire Regiment and gets married, James Innes Carroll is awared an Imperial Service medal and loses his wife, and Thomas Gerald Carroll gets married.
