I Joshua Caporn of Tingewick being of sound mind do make this my last Will and Testament. First I give and bequeath to my daughter Catherine otherwise Mrs Rawley? all my interest in the __________ T_____ for her use and benefit / and after my just Debts are paid / I will and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth the Sum of Ten pounds and the Residue of my property I leave to my son James Caporn for valued service? who I leave sole executor to manage my Affairs after my Decease Joshua Caporn SS signed sealed and delivered by the said Joshua Caporn in the presence of us Jno Warr (?), Mary Warr (?)

Proved at London 6th ffebruary 1824 before the W'pful Thomas Blake Dr of Laws & Letters? By the Oath of the Rev'd James Caporn Clerk the Son the sole Ex'or to whom Administration being first sworn duly to administer
