Giles Fluck of Dearhurst 

In the name of God Amen November the 9th day 1736 I Giles Fulck Fluck of the parish of Dearhurst in the County of Glocester being of perfect mind and memory thanks be to allmity God for the same do make this my Last Will and testament in manner and forme following first I bequeath my soul In to the hands of almity God that gave it hoping thrġgh the Meritorious death and passion of my Blessed Savior Jesus Christ to Resave free pardon for all my sins which I have commited and as for my Worly Estate as God allmity have bestowed of me I give and bestow it as followeth

First I give and bequeath to my son William Fluck on shilling I give to my son Giles Fluck on shilling I give to my daughter Ann Fluck a pastor ground called the Brook Closs lying at Down Hatherly and on acre of meddow ground lying in Hatherly Lower Mede paying my son John twenty pounds of good and lawful mony within three months after my daughter do takes to what I gave shee but in case my daughter do not pay the twenty pounds with in the three months my son John shall take to it and pay my daughter thirty pound of lawful mony Lickwise I give my son John on shilling I give my son Thomas on shilling I give to my daughter Mary on shilling Lickewise I make and ordain my well beloved wife Ellinor my hole and sole Executrix but In Case my Wife shuld mary with another man after my decese then my will is to give her on shilling and her Executrix to be equel devided between my son John and my son Thomas and my daughter Mary so I do ordaine this as my Last Will and testament Revoking all other wills signd seld in the presents of
