Obituaries

Virginia Clement Reynolds, 90, of Roanoke, Virginia, 

passed away Monday, June 27, 1994, in a local hospital. 

For the past 20 years she had made her home in Rocky Mount

 with her daughter. Mrs. Reynolds retired from the

 S. H. Heironimus Company. She was a member 

of the Old Jefferson Street Baptist Church

of Roanoke for 63 years and was presently a member

of Boones Mill Baptist Church. She was preceded 

in death by her husbands, C. J. Clement and E. A. Reynolds ;

a granddaughter, Ann Marie Bush, and a grandson,

 Bill Clement. She is the beloved mother of three sons

 and their wives, Jack and Maude Clement, Vinton, 

Ernest and Lelia Ann Clement, Roanoke, 

Gene and Ann Clement, High Point, N.C.;

four daughters and their husbands, Betty C. Dickerson,

 Martinsville, Barbara C. and Billy Bush, Virginia C. 

and Ronald Ham, all of Rocky Mount, 

Sara C. and Don Prillaman, Elkhart, Ind.;

12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; several nieces

and nephews and many friends. The family suggests that

memorials be made to the Building Fund at Boones Mill

Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted 

11:30 a.m. Friday  at Oakey's North Chapel by the Rev.

James H. Steele and the Rev. Charles A. Watkins.

 Interment will follow in the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. 

The family will receive friends 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

 Thursday at Oakey's North Chapel.
