The image below shows a receipt issued to J.M. Mulligan, the Abbott family undertaker, in association with the burial of Antoinette M. (Schreiber) Abbott on October 4, 1930, at St. Raymond's Cemetery in the Bronx, New York. The receipt indicates that the undertaker paid the cemetery $20.00. According to the receipt, Antoinette died at age 41 at her residence, 689 East 132nd Street in the Bronx. This information corresponds with that which is provided on Antoinette Abbott's death certificate except for the age at death. The death certificate indicates 40 as her age at the time of death.

When Antoinette died she was buried in one of the graves that had been purchased by her husband, Jameson Francis Abbott, in 1926 when the couple's daughter Agnes Abbott died. Jameson had paid $100.00 to purchase two graves at St. Raymond's Cemetery, with enough space to accommodate six burials.

This document provides one of the rare clues as to Antoinette's middle name. It indicates that the letter M was her middle initial. We have not found a source that reveals her full middle name.
