Research Notes: These notes are from the research of Allen Wilkinson Hart Norris.

V. Abraham II (Abraham I) m Elizabeth Winfield (Richard d1733)
Abraham was born by 1724, and named for his father. He died intestate in 1794 at about age 68. He traditionally served as a soldier in the American Revolution. [Note marriage to elizabeth not proved]
Proof of Abraham's marriage to Elizabeth Winfield is found in the names of the administrator of his estate and the secutities: Admin Robert is son of John Winfield, brother of Elizabeth; Sec: Richard Winfield is eldest son of John / Robert Winfield, brothers of Elizabeth, and Wm Satterthwaite, who is eldest son of William, son of Abraham, who married a sister of Abraham Wilkinson II. Thus both sides of the family are represented. Also, the census records show Abraham living next to the Windfields.
