Dean McGee's Web Based Y-DNA Comparison Utility

Dean's utility has been used to create most, if not all, of the tables included on the various pages you find on the Clan MacMillan site. The tool saves incalculable time and my sincere gratitude is extended to Dean. It is a powerful tool, allowing quick "what if" comparison scenarios to be run. You're able to find genetic distance and calculate the TMRCA using different variables.

Whit's utility predicts haplogroups based on inputting STR markers. The utility allows you to enter an arbitrary number of STR markers, making up an individual's haplotype, and receive back "goodness of fit" with various haplogroups.
