3. Wallace cites Orphans Court, Northampton Co. Courthouse, Easton, PA Book 12, pp. 224, 364 387, 414, 510, 543, 623, 641 and Book _, p. 21. for the following:
   "On April 24, 1835, Anthony Transue Jr., eldest son of Anthony Transue Sr., filed a petition requesting partition and evaluation of his father's land in Williams Twp. so that distribution could be made to the heirs. The petition stated that Anthony Transue of Williams Twp. died intestate leaving a widow named Sarah and eight children, seven of whom are still living: Anthony the petitioner; David; John; Maria intermarried with Joseph Sterner; Magdalena intermarried with John Geasler; Mary intermarried with Joseph Raub; and Nancy. The eighth child is Sarah, being intermarried with Alexander taylor but who is dead..."
   Wallace notes that the petition appears to mix up the husbands of Magdalena and Mary since other records show both are married to the other man. Source info for sibling birth dates is not clear.
