56. Chester Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is hereby announced as a Rendezvous for Veteran Volunteers and recruits for Veteran organizations.

Colonel E. M. Gregory, 91st Pennsylvania Volunteers, is hereby assigned to the command thereof.
