David Rankin Barbee papers

David Rankin Barbee collected information about the shooting of Jesse Wharton. His papers are now housed in the Georgetown University Library. (The material about Wharton is in box 5, folder 257, 'Wharton shooting'.) Joy Firtell and her daughter were kind enough to send pictures of the documents to me. I list them below, with references (in the right-hand column) to my transcriptions of the information I have copies of. I will try to get copies of the rest of the sources Barbee located.
