She married King of England John I Lackland (?) at Wiltshire, England, on 29 August 1189. Isabella of Gloucester de Clare Countess and King of England John I Lackland (?) were divorced in 1199; John divorced Isabella on the grounds of consanguinity, her grandfather Robert being an illegitimate son of Henry I. She married Geoffrey de Mandeville on 20 January 1214. She married Hubert de Burgh Earl of Kent in September 1217. Isabella died on 14 October 1217. Her body was interred in October 1217 at Canterbury, Kent, England.
