Wilbert Alvin Waugh

     Wilbert Alvin Waugh was born on 21 August 1919 at Brookline, Norfolk Co, Massachusetts; birth certificate, Brookline, MA VR.¹ He was baptized at St Marks, Brookline, Norfolk Co, Massachusetts; The family was residing at 4 Nobscot Road.² He was the son of David Andrew Waugh and Sophie Pauline Koch. Wilbert Alvin Waugh married Marjorie Elizabeth Waugh, daughter of George Francis Waugh and Grace Lee Sharpe, on 24 December 1939; Wilbert was of Wellesley and Marjorie was of Natick. Wilbert Alvin Waugh and Marjorie Elizabeth Waugh were divorced on 1 October 1946 at Framingham, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts.³ Wilbert Alvin Waugh married Rosemary E. Relf on 13 April 1947 at Newport, Sullivan Co, New Hampshire; Wilbert was aged 27 and living at 27 Belvidere Road, Framingham. Rosemary was 21 and resided 11 North Street, Newtonville. He listed it was his 1st marriage.⁴ Wilbert Alvin Waugh married Pauline Claire Langevin, daughter of Adelard Langevin and Eva Tetellier, on 11 October 1969 at Richmond, Berkshire Co, Massachusetts.⁵ Wilbert Alvin Waugh died on 15 February 1984 at Haverhill, Essex Co, Massachusetts, at age 64.¹
     The Dept of Veterans Affiars has that Wilbert enlisted in the Coast Guard 30 Jul 1942 and was released 8 Dec 1945. He then re-enlisted 28 Feb 1951 and was released 22 May 1952.⁶ He was He worked for an office supply company in Boston--WL Makepeace.⁷ He lived in 1960 at Sudbury, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts.⁷
