Nancy Brown Denune was born on 28 July 1817 in Ohio.1
She was the daughter of John Denune and Sarah Burrell.1
Nancy married Hiram Loy, son of Jacob Loy and Mary Slane, on 11 October 1840 in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio.1
He was 27 years old; she was 23.1
Nancy and Hiram had at least 8 children. These children are Sarah, Mary, Isaac, William, Jacob, Jane, Eliza Catherine and Unnamed.
In 1846, they moved to Indiana.1
During 1854, they moved to Illinois.1
Nancy died in July 1895 in McDonough County, Illinois.1
She was about 78 years old.
