- On November 2, 1790 Susannah Stewart bought thirteen acres with a barn on Wood Hill, Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, from John Sulloway, the blacksmith.2
- In 1791 Susannah Stewart and James Colby bought twenty acres with a house. The buildings stood about halfwayfrom the height where the "liberty pole" stood, to the wall south, on the westerly side of the road.2
- Susannah died on December 18, 1848 in Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, at age 75.1
