	Arrived in USA in about 1871, having sold his farm in 1870 in Co Tyrone, Northern Ireland. Initially went to Magnolia, Stark Co, Ohio, where his brother William had already settled. By 1880 he moved on to Aurora, Nebraska.	Arrived in USA in 1837, after serving an apprentiship in Dublin. He came to Magnolia where his uncle - William Harkness had a buisness. He married Charity Elson, whose ancestors where one of the pioneering families of this area.	Samuel emigrated with his brother William, but after arriving in Magnolia, he then headed to Wheeling West Virginia. At which point he disappears.
