The above was typed into a computer by Claudia OLSEN from a typed copy of a Bible Record of t he Samuel BARKER Family. This was found in the BARKER family folder during a visit to the Ran dolf Room of the Randolf County, NC Library in Aug 2000. It was not clear (except where som eone had written on the typed copy as noted) which part of the typed information came from th e Bible and which part was added when the record was transcribed.
The original Bible record may have been created by Rebekah, or one of her children because i t does not mention Samuel's sons James and Samuel, who were listed in his will (probably son s of Samuel and Margaret GREENFIELD).
An abstract of Samuel's Will, Book 3, page 91, Feb Term 1808, does not include David or Lonz a/Nicholas.
