  After J.J.'s death, his widow remarried to John Jenkins, widower of Lourana Wright and father of nine children, in 1869. John and SarahJenkins had ch Ruth Florence (Feb 1870- ) and Brewster/Bruce C. (May 1874- ) Jenkins. In 1870 JENKINS John/62, Susan/38, infant Ruth. They are still in Muhlenberg in 1880 with Ruth and Brewster. John died 1885; S.P. Jenkins/68/wd/head is in Rosewood, Muhlenberg with Ruth, Brewster and three hired hands in 1900. She died Apr 6 1910 and is buried in Shutt cemetery with John Jenkins.
