Morrison, John Dillard Morrison, Elton Summers Morrison, Sarah Viola Morrison Day, Mary Ellen Morrison Pyeatt, Zoe Edna Morrjson Coleman, Geneva Alice Morrison Dennis, Janvada Gertrude Morrison Curtis, Glaves Firestone, Uthel Gerome Firestone, 0lin Firestone, Agnes Firestone McDaniel, Maxine Firestone Ogren, Beulah Firestone Monroe, Lizzie Firestone, Zella Semingsen, Fannie J. You are hereby notified that the Administrator of the Estate of Fannie A. Firestone, deceased, has filed his Final Report and Account in the above entitled matter, and April 4, 1940, at ten o'clock a.m., at the office of the Probate Judge of Curry County, N. M., in Clovis, N. M., has been appointed by the Court as the day, time and place for hearing of objections to said final report and account, the settlement thereof, and for a hearing and determination of the heirship of said decedent, the ownership of her estate, the interest of each respective claimant thereto and therein, and the person or persons entitled to the distribution thereof; that all persons having objections to said final report arid account, may appear before the Court on the day. and at the hour named and interpose their objections; that Charles N. Firestone, Clovis, N. M. is Adminlstrator of said Estate; and that Otto Smith, Clovis, N. M., is his attorney.
