| Note* | Goldie is the daughter of H. Ross Wilson and Carrie Belle Sumey. The following is her mother's obit: Published in The Morning Herald, (Uniontown, PA), Tuesday, August 20, 1946 WILSON, CARRIE BELLE -- aged 66 years, died at her home, 115 Millview street, Monday morning, August 19, 1946 at 4 o'clock after a lingering illness. She is survived by her husband, H. Ross Wilson, four daughters, Mrs. Samuel Black, Portsmouth Va., Mrs. John Younkin, Coverdale, Pa., Miss Violet Wilson and Miss Dessa Wilson, both at home, three sons, Dalton and Ewing of Uniontown and Roy of Carmichaels, one brother James Sumey, nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Friends are being received at the A. D. Ferguson Funeral Home, 80 Morgantown street, Uniontown, where funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, August 21, at 2:30 p. m. with Rev. H. L. Davis officiating. Interment in Pleasant View Cemetery.2 | |
