A batch of violators of the compulsory education law were fined by Magistrate Lukens yesterday. They inclued the following: James Rahill, of 2341 Jefferson street, fined $4.50; John Gorman, of 1014 Mercy street, fined $1.25; William Conn, of 431 Mercy street, fined $4.50; Francis Colkitt, of 1855 North Percy street, fined $1.10; Elias E. Richards, of 3234 Lancaster avenue, fined $4.50, and Joseph E. Goodman, of 4322 Frankford avenue, fined $4.50.
