Included in this book is an old clipping taken from the Oak Grove Banner; Oak Grove, MO, 26 Oct 1923; in which Captain Henry V.P.Kabrick,"one of the very few remainng Ex-Confederates" gives a complete "Muster Roll of Company C, Second Missouri Cavalry, Hayes Regiment, Shelbys' Brigade"; he list Alvis Noel as having "died in Arkansas."
