Lawrence Parton Bagnall, was born 1887 in Hoyland, Yorkshire, the son of George  Bagnall & Elizabeth Ann Sanderson. Lawrence died of wounds on 26th April 1918 in Theatre of War, France and Flanders. He was married 1915 in Barnsley district to Ellen Perkes, daughter of John Thomas Perkes & Phoebe Sanderson.

 

Lawrence Parton and Ellen had the following children:

 

Agnes Bagnall, born about 1916 in Barnsley district, Yorkshire.

 

Phoebe D. Bagnall, born about 1917 in Barnsley district, Yorkshire.
