Charles A. Voiles was born say 1844.1
He was the son of (?) Voiles.
Charles served in the military during the Civil War. He mustered into C Company 6th Iowa Infantry as a private.2
Charles married Julia Ann Millslagle, daughter of Samuel Milslagel and Hannah Wickham, on 28 January 1864. He was about 20 and she was one month short of 16.3
Charles and Julia had at least two children. These children are Juliette and Charles A..
