Introduction

This Volunteer Lookups feature is the brainchild of Ben Hart, FoulkrodResearch Group Member and President of the Board of Trustees of the Community Library of Sunbury, Ohio. Ben's generosity and association with the Community Library (which maintains an in-house CD-ROM Collection that includes an extensive list of Family Tree Maker® World Family Tree volumes and Family Archives) provides a unique opportunity (to our membership) for access to these resources.

Lookup Request Limitations and Restrictions

Due to the largesse of Ben's offer, the following limitations and restrictions apply.

• Offer available only to FoulkrodResearch Group Members;
• Lookup requests must apply to the Foulkrod or collateral surnames only
• Lookup requests must identify and are limited to one CD per request
• Lookup requests must identify the specific name or record you are seeking
• Lookup requests are limited to one request per member at any given time.

Response Limitations and Restrictions

Ben's ability to respond to any request is limited to his schedule. All responses must be deliverable by email or attachment thereto. Ben is not and cannot be responsible for the limitations of any Internet Service Provider's ("ISP's") messaging system, nor can Ben be responsible for the handling of information received by the requestor.

How to use this Feature

• Consult FamilyTreeMaker® to determine if your search is available on any of their World Family Tree volumes or Family Archive CDs.
• Use your browser's Back button to return to this page and search for that Volume or CD to see if it is within the Community Library's CD-ROM Collection List.
• If found, click on the hyperlink to create an email message to Ben and enter the words:

"Lookup - FTM CD #nnn"; or
"Lookup - WFT Vol. nn: Tree nnnn"

in the Subject. Enter any additional information needed in the body of your message.
