OBITUARY:
ROCKFORD WOMAN PASSES AWAY THIS MORNING
Mrs. Mary JoAnn McBride Jamieson, 82 of RR 1 Rockford, died Wednesday at 12:30 a.m. in Gibbons hospital, after an illness due to complications of deseases, following the fracture of a hip.
Born in Mercer County, July 14, 1877, she was a life time resident of the county.
She was first married, July 14, 1895, to James E. McBride and he died in 1926. On November 18, 1948 she married William Jamieson and he survives.
Also surviving are five sons, Burress McBride of RR 1 Rockford; Jessee McBride of Ft. Wayne; Earl McBride of RR 1 Rockford; Harold McBride of Cleveland; Don McBride of Brookville; the following stepchildren, Paul Jamieson of Siney; Kenneth Jamieson of Celina; Mrs. Martha Trefz of Columbus; Miss Ruth Jamieson of Columbus and Mrs. Zona Shindeldecker of Rockford.
There are 16 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Hila Ruffner of Hillsdale, Mich., and Mrs. Nola Holiday alos of Hillsdale and a brother Lawrence Williams of Jackson, Mich.
Six brothers and two sisters are deceased.
Funeral rites will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in East Bethel Church with the Rev. Delbert Cress officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
Relatives and friends may call in Ketchan's Funeral home in Rockford after 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

(Wonder if this is the Wm. Wagoner, spouse of Sarah Shock and why they left money to these children. Or did they leave it to James and it goes partly to his children. Sarah Shock was James' aunt, and William Wagoner was her husband. I don't think they had children, so evidently he left the money to James and James died qauick after William, or WIlliam left it to James children. William died 2 months after James, so evidently he left it to the children. Wonder if the other children got some, they weren't minors at the time, so they wouldn't be on this sheet.
