MUSTER-OUT R[oll] of Field + Staff Company, [in?] the Ninety-first Regiment of Penna Vet Volunteers, commanded by Colonel E M Gregory called into the service of the United States by the President at Philadelphia Pa (the place of general rendezvous,) on the Second day of August, 1861, to serve for the term of Three [sic], from the date of enrollment, unless sooner discharged; from the fourth day of December, 1861, (when mustered,) to the 10th day of July, 1865, [blank]. The Company was organized by Captain [blank] at [blank], in the month of [blank], 186[blank], and marched thence to [blank], where it arrived the [blank] day of [blank], a distance of [blank] miles.

Pa V Vols for the period herein mentioned; that each man answers to his own proper name in person; that the remarks set opposite the name of each officer and soldier are accurate and just; and that the valuation of all horses and horse equipments since the muster into service was made by disinterested and good judges, and at fair and just rates.
