Ronald C. Carbaugh, 69, of Entriken died Sunday at his home. He was born in Entriken, the adopted son of the late Archie L. and Gladys R. (Ketterman) Carbaugh. He is survived by his wife, Brigitte D. (Heinkele); three children: John, Ann and William; and eight grandchildren. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to the 1 p.m. funeral service Tuesday at Heritage Baptist Church, Martinsburg. Burial will be private at Entriken Cemetery. Arrangements are by Akers Funeral Chapel, Saxton.
