     "William H. Culpepper was also known as Billy. I knew his wife's name as Minnie Lewis, not Harriet, but will have to check further on that. Billy later ran a pharmacy in Spring Hope, NC which was destroyed by fire. His wife suffered from mental illness. After the fire, she was placed in a mental hosptial and never left. My grandmother, Annie Louise Culpepper recalled visiting her in the hospital when she was a young girl, but never knew much about her.1
