| Elsa HEISE was born in April of 1891 in Rib Falls, WI. She married .Eric C. BARTELT on October 30, 1909 in Wausau, WI. All of Eric's children were the product of this marriage. Unfortunately, Elsa was taken at a young age in 1924. Just a few months after the birth of their youngest son Eddie. Eric and Elsa moved to Muscatine, IA some time between 1915 and 1919. At this time his daughter, Sylvia seems to have taken over the duties of raising the children. To help in this endeavor, Eric's father Gottlieb sent 2 of Eric's sisters to Muscatine. | ||
